"It's like; 'How much more black could this be?' And the answer is: 'None, none more black.' " Apparently, Spinal Tap's Nigel Tuffnel was wrong. The National Physical Laboratory in the United Kingdom has, in fact, created something just a bit more black. In fact, it's pretty safe to say that their NPL Black, with it's ability to absorb 99.7% of visible light, will set the standard for all black to come. I wonder if one of the lab's scientists was goth.
